I love the staff here at Windsor. They are very approachable and helpful. I feel safe here that means a lot to me. The architecture ... is a little messy but the staff makes it up for me and helps me in every way possible. I feel mentally rested and mentally safe in this community after suffering thin walls and unpleasant and dirty noises that I had to tolerate in my previous apartment . I lost my job thanks to their dirty walls and leasing community. I feel so protected here at Windsor. I love it here just love it. Safe is the key here!! People ( leasing community ) is humane here . Looking for a job here but atleast check marks the fact that I feel mentally safe for the price I pay. Rents are going up in Denver that is a sad story but not something Windsor can fix really. This is by far the best resident move-in experience weve had, of the 3 other places weve lived in Denver. From the tour to ... post move-in, Caitlin was attentive, responsive, organized, and kind. She had an idea of what unit would be best based on our needs and planned a tour accordingly, and our move-in process was equally as seamless. Even when she wasnt available we always received a quick and equally as attentive response from Candace in the office. The building and amenities are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We had a lot of options on where to live and call home, and from the beginning our experience with the Windsor at Broadway Station has affirmed us that we made the right choice.
